Presented by Orlando Sings, the Summer Intensive is a special honor and opportunity for highly-motivated singers in (rising) grades 8-12.

APPLICATION

LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE. Applications will be considered for remaining spots on a rolling basis until all available places have been filled.

APPLY BY APRIL 1 TO RECEIVE TOP CONSIDERATION FOR PARTIAL AND FULL SCHOLARSHIPS.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS DO

• Sing in the Youth Choral Artists Summer Honor Choir
• Prepare for All-State Choir Auditions
• Develop skills used by professional singers
• Singing/ Composing/ Song Writing classes with nationally-known composer.
• Work with professional artistic staff of Orlando Sings, including Sandra Shafer, Dr. Andrew Minear, and members of professional choir Solaria
• Select additional topics including Yoga for Singers, Vocal Techniques, Audition Skills, Conducting, and more…
• Connect with other high school musicians who are passionate about choral music
• Have FUN!

LOCATION

The Summer Intensive will be held on the campus of All Saints Church (338 E Lyman Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789) in June (dates TBA).

REGISTRATION

Singers who are accepted will be expected to register and pay a registration fee. PARTIAL and FULL SCHOLARSHIPS available– all applicants will be automatically considered to receive a scholarship and will be notified along with acceptance.

Apply by April 15 for early registration fee of $250. Registration fee for applications received after April 15 is $275.
